Was feeling down, couldn't seen to choose 'happy' and that's not me, so looked for a supplement to help and bought these. Definitely helped - no more feeling down, but the most unexpected benefit was how sound I now sleep!! When I forget and don't take them - I tend to toss and turn. But when I take these daily I am sleeping like a log and it's great. As someone else mentioned though - it also brings more vivid dreams. Not sure why.

It works. Short and sweet. I bought this for a friend and after a few short weeks he no longer has that hopeless depressed tone in his voice nor does he talk nothing but gloom & doom. I am a believer. Disclaimer: it does not work for everyone, you may need to seek professional help which, by the way, is nothing to be ashamed of. Been there, done that. My friend DID check with his PCP to be sure there would be no interaction with any other medication he was on. Definitely makes a huge difference in my mood. Less anxiety and depression. When I run out I begin to notice after about a week. Consistency is the key.
