My empty caps weigh .07g. when i put one on the scale, then press tara, shouldn't the scale now display zero? how do i get the weight of powder only?

hi， the scale screen will show 0 after press tare button. Pls place empty caps on center of mg scale weighing pan, then press tare button , next step , pls pour powder in the capsule, you will get net weight of powder . hope it is helpful . And before use it , you need to calibrate the mg scale .

I am not certain most likely china I would suggest a KUBIE Scale I purchased one and they are very easy to use and very accurate and can be bought on Amazon

Nice scale

I bought this to make it easier for me to weigh the gold and silver I buy and sell. It is very easy to calibrate and comes with two 20 gram weights just for that. It also comes with two plastic dishes that make weighing and pouring it back into its storage container easier. As well as that it also comes with a tiny scoop and a pair of metal tweezers. There isn’t anything to hate about this. The price is very reasonable and the scale is very accurate. Buy this with confidence!

Measures to 3 decimal places. Clear read-out. Easy to operate.

I can't really comment on the accuracy as do not have a control but for measuring out a few hundred milligrams of vitamins, it does the job for me...at a very affordable price. Build quality seems to be OK. I did have a problem with the AAA batteries supplied...seemed to be dead (hence 4 stars)...but I had my own rechargable AAA batteries and all was sorted. Happy with this!

Fantastic value

This scale is great. It's accurate, lightweight, comes with a few accessories and batteries, and all for under 20 bucks.The only con I've seen is that last digit can be inconsistent at times, but I only care about measuring to .00 anyway so it's not a problem. If you really need accuracy down to .000, just calibrate it before using and it'll be fine.All in all, if you need a microgram scale that's inexpensive and works, this should fit the bill nicely.

Okay product, finicky at times

Not always accurate, can require much effort to maintain a consistent reading, but gets the job close to done. Weight settings are useful, sensitivity is good, auto shut off feature, good battery life and easy for storage
