I love these things. I keep going back to this exact fly swatter for the past 7 or so years. I remember when I saw them in store and thought it was cool. Now I can smack a waterbug roach so hard the exoskeleton gets wedged into the wall as a show of power and death to all roaches. I can put great strength into the swings, and also hold the handle hard to swing fast for flies. The handle holds strong and shows no signs of warping or bending when I hit stuff. Whenever I use this on anything I go after it just dies. Also no need to clean the tool if you hit hard enough as you just destroy anything you just smack. I will warn though. Dont wage a war with these with another person as you will feel it for weeks to come.

These are great! One hit and the bug is dead, unlike the flimsy, thin swatters, where they bounce.and fly off if you don't stomp or beat them to death. I do NOT recommend swatting a dog or person, however, as these can hurt!!! Buy lots to keep everywhere. They're pretty durable, too

These are very heavy duty, like if you tried to hit a fly on your tv screen you would break the screen.... not that i just did that or anything...I'm just saying it is a very likely outcome. Good solid product

These are very sturdy, the best that I have had. I do wish that the handles were a little longer (maybe about 2-3 inches) but other than that I have NO complaints! I believe that these will hold up for quite some time. Very happy about the purchase!

Great, sturdy old fashioned, got them a couple years ago; when the Lantern Flies came to our area & I broke all the cheap plastic.. it was so frustrating & creeping dealing with these horrible flies that were all over my tree trunks& all over our outdoor living patio & pool space… so I googled old fashioned Fly Squatters.. & this came up.. ❤️them, brings me back to my childhood days… & thank Goodness haven’t seen many of those Lantern Fly’s in a couple years😊

While heavy duty sounds like a good idea, these seem to be less effective at swatting due to the extra weight. Lighter, mesh swatters are like ninja tools for fast flies. These are like a bus coming after the fly and they get out of the way before it hits.
