Can not take the full dose
If you take the recommended dose you will probably get diarrhea. I took one a day and boy did I get nasty constant gas. I am now taking 1/2 and still a little gasey. Hope it gets better with time. Otherwise this has awesome ingredients and liposomal and fermented is suppose to be good for crossing blood brain barrier and bioavailbilty in the gut. Took off 1 star due to gassiness.
