I absolutely love these dark chocolate bars! They are 100% cacao, so they aren’t for everyone, but if you like full dark chocolate, these are the best. It’s a very high quality chocolate too. You can tell that these were made with care. The taste and texture are perfect. Since there is no sugar, they are quite literally a superfood. The way they package them is great too.

It’s 100% dark chocolate , but it’s not strongly bitter like other brands. It’s not sweet, but It has a sweet flavor. I like it.

0 star. I am used to dark chocolate bitterness but this tastes terrible like burnt roasted nuts Not even has squares to break one. If you try to break the whole thing breaks and scatters everywhere and you have to try finding it or picking from floor. Not worth the price.

It is a really Good Quality brand of authentic chocolate. I enjoy using it at bedtime It causes me to have a good night's sleep With a cup of black tea.

Not a bad tasting dark chocolate. It wasn’t overpowering in taste, but I would love a little more intensity in the flavor that comes from roasting the pods/seeds. This was my first time trying unroasted, so others may find the intensity just perfect. I would purchase it again as I eat it with medjool dates, and they go well together.

Just okay. I'm a fan of dark unsweetened or even 90-95% cocoa chocolate. I purchased these very pricey bars on the stars (recommendations of others here on Amazon). I won't be purchasing again. VERY expensive and the taste was just ok--nothing great. Have to get with Scharfenbarger again....

数年前、百貨店のバレンタインブースで、初めて購入しました。店員さんに少しずつ食べるとスッキリして良いとアドバイスを頂き、最高カカオへの不安を取り払ってくれたので、それからは美味しく頂いています。 欲を言えば、もう少しコスパがいいと、お財布事情にありがたい。

カカオそのものの香りと味が楽しめます。市販のカカオ95％より断然美味しいです！三越伊勢丹のバレンタインフェアではカベルネソービニヨンなどもありました、Amazonでもお取り扱いぜひお願いします。

緩衝材を巻いて無い為、全てヒビ割れていて酷すぎだ！他のメ－カ－のチョコレートは、きちんと緩衝材で梱包されていたが、このメ－カ－のチョコレートは、緩衝材無しで、そのままAmazonの袋に入れられており、嫌な予感がしたが、まさに、全部がヒビ割れていた。

苦くなく、チョコレート感がしっかりあります。 美味しいです。
