This is a really nice, inexpensive way to protect and increase the life of your Macbook Air's keyboard.Having owned a Macbook Pro for the last 6 years, I have watched the once-matte keys turn shiny after extensive use. I didn't want that to happen with my new Macbook Air's keyboard, so I ordered this cover and waited to see how it would do. In the past I have been less than thrilled with keyboard covers, as they take a while to break in and never feel quite right to me. So far, this cover feels like it will do the job well. It adds more of a solid feel to the keys, which I appreciate while providing protection to the keys and the in between spaces.I will be sure to update this review if the cover tears or wears through over the next few months, but I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to protect the keys on your 11.6" Macbook Air.*Update June 23, 2015The keyboard cover is still working out well. It's solid and hasn't torn. One cool thing I have noticed is that while it slightly muffles the sound of the built in speakers, it also adds a bit of low end and bass. This is nice because the speakers can get a little tin-y on this laptop.

I love the way it fits...the only problem is the keys on the cover do not line up with the keys on the board. The reason that is important is if you are doing work with the keyboard lights on, it looks like blurry vision. I'm not on my Mac a ton, so sometimes I have to look for a key or two and have to pull it up to see the keys.

I didn't expect much from this item because of the price. I am a writer and spend a lot of time using a keyboard. I just bought a macbook air and finally gave up my beloved ibook. I know it was ancient. But I loved the keyboard so much. When you write as much as I do, keyboard becomes very important. The macbook air keyboard will take some getting used to. But this cover actually gives the key a more squishy feel which is more like the ibook, which I prefer. It fits perfectly, seems to stay in place. And the color is a lovely green. It was also shipped immediately. I would definitely buy it again and I will likely buy some spares and other colors just to experiment. At this price, how can you go wrong. I've read so many horror stories of people spilling liquid and ruining their macbook air. I don't want this to happen to me. Also, this goes very well with the ipearl green cover. I purchased a more expensive clear cover but I don't like it nearly as much as this one.

This is hands down THE BEST keyboard cover for the Macbook Air 11". It fits perfectly with no extra silicone borders and typing feels very natural. I first bought one by Mosiso but it felt like it was made for the bigger 13" laptops. This one is just amazing and looks great. I guess the only negative thing I could say is that the backlight is significantly obscured (at least by the purple one). Honestly, though, I care more about whether it's a good fit, so I love it.UPDATE: I bought the clear one after a year of using the purple one. The clear one looks very sleek (I find its an even better fit) and I enjoy being able to see the backlight again. Very happy!

The clear color option for this product makes the keys look slightly milky. I recommend getting one of the colored options that look much sharper! I bought the black keys to replace the clear set and the teal keys for my other laptop and liked the appearance of the colored options much better. The product does adhere well to the keyboards and can be removed quickly if you choose to remove it for cleaning. It may save you from a ruined computer if your coffee is splashed across the keyboard.

I ordered this to protect the keyboard of my new laptop from grime and spills. I also ordered a cover for the outside, which incidentally came with a silicone keyboard cover. I used the other one until I received this in the mail. Upon receiving this one and putting it on my computer, I notice that this one does not lay flush against the computer, unike the other one; the edges of it curl slightly. I have a feeling this is going to be annoying if it doesn't settle. Furthermore, this one has a sightly slippery feel; I hope it doesn't shift or slide a lot. On the plus side, this one has a greater contrast to the spaces for the keys, which means I don't mistype with this one as much. Overall, for the price, this seems to be a decent product.

This keyboard cover has the potential to be awesome! It's super thin and flexible, to the point that to look at it, it's hardly visible. Unfortunately it's tending to 'buckle' a bit along the top row of keys which may indicate that it's not perfectly moulded? Because the silicone is so grippy on the underside it makes the keys difficult to press and locate somehow - the even get half stuck. Also because of so much 'grip' it takes away the positive 'click' of the keys. Somehow a less grippy coating needs to be applied on a part of the underside of the cover to take away the binding action of the keys. If it wasn't for this issue it'd be 5 stars for sure!

Beautifully-crafted keyboard cover. When on, looks exactly like the MacBook Air's keys. Took about 1/2 hour to get used to the key feel...slightly squishy, but expected due to the silicone used. After that the typing experience is superb.Instant shipping...arrived in the Kuzy OEM packaging. Given the cost of replacing the keyboard $150-$250, this is a smart purchase. The only thing that is slightly negative is that the backlight doesn't come through on the letters. However, it does come through on the backlit key squares. More than good enough for me.

It doesn't stick down properly

While the cover was only a dollar, the shipping cost of 5 dollars is ridiculous. Never the less, I bought one figuring that six bucks was not the big a gamble. It arrived today, only to find out that it doesn't fit right. Almost like the material shrunk. It does not fit down over the keys properly and is buckled in various spots. The corners are also curled up for some reason when installed, making it useless. The cover is definitely the right one for my MacBook Air but the product is just poorly made. I also ordered a couple of the HDE Silicone covers which do fit nicely. I won't be ordering this item again and for the six dollars invested, I won't even take the time to send it back.
