This cleaver, for a single guy like me, is probably all the knife I need.The damascus pattern looks good, which is a bonus and dress up my kitchen a bit.I like the ergonomics on the knife a lot. It fits into the hand nicely and has a weight forward balance for chopping. you can see tge full tang so there is no worry about breaking it.tried it out on some beef and vegetables, chopped through clean and quick. did a little slicing on cucumbers and the results were good.cleans up nicely and with stainless steel, i dont have to worry about cleaning too much. again, single guy.
