For its size, this little lamp is brilliant. Quite literally so. I needed something to help me out while painting new plaster in the storage void under my eaves, as I couldn't see to do the job, and this little lamp was perfect. It will also be great to keep up there, to help me search for items eventually stored up there. Or, it would be great for camping, or for keeping in the car in case of breakdowns, etc., or even just as a very decent, and pocketable, torch. I'm sure I'll get my money's worth out of it.

Small but produces plenty of light

This is a useful little worklight, bright enough to light up one end of an average room in a house, or one end of a loft. I doubt it has 30W of power for the LEDs because a 12W LED bulb that you might have to illuminate your living room is the equivalent to a 100W tungsten bulb. That's bright. So 30W of illumination is what you'd get from 2.5 x 12w LED bulbs or 3x 100W tungsten bulbs. Knowing how bright that is, no way is this battery operated "Trungle" light that bright. I have a 30W LED mains floodlight in my garden and there's a noticeable difference between them. Most products on Amazon are from China and they often exaggerate specifications in their marketing blurb so I wasn't really expecting it to give 30W of power.The single button to toggle between modes would work better if there was a separate on/off button because it's not nice going into flash mode every time you want to turn it off, it's uncomfortable on the eyes unless you remember to close your eyes first. Or maybe I'm getting old!Overall, for the money it's very good value, apart from my minor grumbles. If you need more light then just buy another one as they're relatively cheap.

Great torch, I got this to replace a faulty one and it is much more superior then that one was, very happy, very easy to use and charge and it looks like a very well built item

light was bright enough but I charged the "rechargeable batteries" for a full day and went to use the lamp and they were dead totally useless, Okay though with ordinary batteries

Although this work light is small and inexpensive, it is bright and useful. The battery supplied is not particularly high capacity, but lasts for an hour or more, and can be changed for much longer lasting versions.
