This is a pretty standard Cat5 cable. The price was right and the speed seems adequate. Works as expected and the color makes this cable blend in so its not an eyesore.

Cable is just right
The cable came fast and is made of decent quality for the price. It works great for what I needed it for. I recommend it for wifi use and simple things it works great for hooking a router up. It fits nice in place. The Appearance is nice as it came in a nice bag. Installing it was easy it just plugs right in. The weight is probably about 1ounce

Does exactly what it should
Used this to connect my router to a switch, and it worked perfectly. No issues, solid connection, and great performance. Exactly what I needed!

Absolute pain to remove
Great quality, reliable, and great pricing. I love monoprice's cables, but MY GOD is this hard to remove. The boot that covers the connector is made of very hard rubber, and pressing the tab is near impossible without some serious strength required. If you aren't planning on moving this between ports it's great, otherwise get something else

You Will Need Needle Nose Pliers to Remove Connector
I purchased this cable to go with a selector switch which will enable me to switch between two different internet providers. So I just needed a short length of cable.When I plugged the cable into my computer port it made a louder click than normal.... Hmmm...that is strange.It was not until I attempt to remove the cable from my computer that I discovered why. In the photo, the blue arrow shows where you are supposed to push to remove the cable from the port. It does not work. The plastic is so stiff that the locking mechanism (the red arrow) does not release from the port; it stays bowed up and locked in the port. It did not matter how hard I pressed, the locking tab would not release. Using a pair of needle nose pliers worked!I plugged the cable into another device and had the same issue.I would not recommend this cable unless you want a cable that is near impossible to remove (i.e., tamper proof), unless you want to keep a pair of needle nose pliers handy.
