Shaoxing Rice Cooking Wine 750ml Pack of 2 Additional 3 Pack Ginger Honey Crystals

I was a bit leery to purchase this online as I was afraid it would break during shipment. We normally just drive to the Asian Market to purchase this, but I did not want to make the 2-hour trip so I decided to try buying off of Amazon. I was very impressed that both bottles arrived in perfect condition (as well as a free gift) and was delivered on time. That was just too easy. I will absolutely order again and save me a long trip to the market. We use this to make General Tso's Chicken to give it that authentic flavor. This is very good Shaoxing Rice Cooking Wine. It came with a 3 Pack Ginger Honey Crystals (for free) which was very nice and appreciated.

I’ve been using this brand for years! It’s flavorful and consistent in taste. This two pack was a great value, definitely recommend.

I usually buy gal jugs but all out of stock and this is a little better quality. Haven't tried the ginger crystals yet but they come as a bonus.

I use this product every time I sauté or stir fry anything . I add it at the very end to deglaze the pan and the flavors that come out are amazing . Price is right also . Free delivery .

We had one leaky bottle upon arrival. Love this stuff and it makes my generational cooking taste more like when my grandmother made it....... I really miss her culinary touch.

This has become a staple in my kitchen. Adds incredible flavor to much more than just Asian food. Buttery sautéed Bella mushrooms with garlic, your favorite seasonings, a splash of cream and a splash of this lovely cooking wine is simple and fabulous. Add a splash to lobster bisque with a squirt of Sriracha!

I never understood why the Asian recipes I made were never quite as good as the restaurants - then I saw a note hidden in an online recipe about this cooking wine. It makes all the difference!
