I have been using this on my 2 year old since she as a newborn. It’s a thick yellow cream and you only need a smidge so the tube lasts for ages (value for money is great). Tried a fair few different brands and this is by far the best. An auntie recommended it and I now recommend it to all new parents :)It works extremely fast in treating nappy rash the barrier cream along side it works well in preventing.It’s also vegan and cruelty free!!

This is my go to when any redness starts on baby’s bottom. Highly effective. Nothing else works as fast.

This cream is by far the best. I’ve used this for over 13 years with all my children. My husband has even used it after a bike ride which caused friction burns. It instantly puts a barrier between the skin and nappy/clothing. I can pop it on first thing in the morning and 12 hours later the skin has almost fully healed. Worth every penny! The only downside is the metal tube it’s in. Wish it could be a little pot as it’s always hard when the tube comes to the end to get the remaining product out.

Excellent product.You only need a very small pea sized amount.Doesn’t come off finger easily and gets under nails. Also stains clothes. So have a wipe ready immediately as you can’t leave in that instance to wash hands.Wish there was a spray so no one had to put it on their fingers.

Its the only cream that treated severe nappy rash after using sufocrem, bepanthen and gp steroid cream. This cream was suggested by chance by the GP receptionist when i rang to say that the steroid cream didnt work and i found it at supermarket and treated my sons rash from day one within a week!!!!!

Works really well every time. Have been using this on my child since he was a few months old and his now 2. Helps soothe from the moment it's put on.

Novel use as saddle cream for cycling - years ago I had a free sample of a saddle cream from a French event, and it was very effective, but when it ran out it was impossible to replace, so explored a replacement with similar constitution with a pharmacist, and Metanium was the answer. Never looked elsewhere since as it works brilliantly as a saddle cream.

This is useful for irritation andyouonly need a little at one time, so it lasts. However it doesn't rub in well and if it gets on anything it's hard to get it off.
