I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect conditioner for quite a while, searching for something safe to use with no harsh chemicals that could be harmful to my body. When I finally decided to try this conditioner, I was more than satisfied, I was blown away! I loved it so much that I recommended it to all my friends, and now they’ve all bought it too. Honestly, it’s that good.I don’t have thick hair, but I do have curly hair, and this conditioner works wonders. First of all, the smell is lovely, and it leaves a nice scent that lasts. Second, the texture is silky and soft, making it a pleasure to apply. And lastly, the effect it has on my hair is incredible, it leaves my curls soft, defined, and manageable.One unexpected bonus: it works as an anti-frizz treatment too! My hair stays smooth and frizz-free,I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy I found it.

I wanted a conditioner that had a 'fruit' or similar fragrance, not that nasty perfume smell, which gives me a headache. This smells like coconut, very nice. It makes your hair soft and less tangled if you rub it in, as opposed to just applying it and letting it sit. I would say it works about the same as most good conditioners - it's not magic, but then again it is pretty good.The bottle is rather small, and it is somewhat expensive. There's quite a bit of plastic used for a small amount of product, I wish manufacturers would realize that larger bottles = less plastic = less environmental impact.Ingredients make me happy, generally no nasty chemicals. And no fake fragrances. I might buy it again, but the price vs. quantity makes me think twice.

Edited to pump it up to 5 stars. I got the pump open. The smell is great and so far it’s working great on our curly haired kiddo.I wish I could love this conditioner but I can’t get the pump spout to open. I finally gave up and unscrewed the whole top to get some out. If I would get the spout to open I’d give it a 5.

Meh, its alright for my wavy-medium curly hair. Not as nice as I was expecting. The bottle design is also kind of annoying, I have to lift the entire bottle to stabilize it before pumping the product out.

This product from shea definitely does what it's expected to do, hold curls, leaving curls define with shine and smells great. The curls and shine product is very effective.
