2019 Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e (10.5-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 64GB) Black (Renewed)

I bought this tablet so I can watch downloaded content on different streaming services when I am on nightshift. It has an excellent picture quality, it seems fast, very responsive and charges up in no time. I am very happy with the tablet I was sent. It looked brand new. I have nothing to complain. 10/10. Would buy refurbished products again. The delivery was super quick too.

The actual tablet itself is brilliant, that screen looks fantastic. Performance is great with nice smooth swipe control and fast operation.Have to work something out for the lack of headphone socket though.This is the down side of buying an Amazon renewed product. The Tablet itself was in perfect condition, no marks anywhere and the battery is fine. Where it falls down is in the lack of quality accessories. The charger supplied was a laughable 5V 1A device, it would take something like 8hrs to fully charge the battery from flat. Fortunately I have a 16W Samsung charger for my phone and that works fine. If I had bought new, it would have included a USB haedphone adapter, but this ismissing from the renewed product.The price difference is not that much and if I bought a new charger and headphone adapter, it almost breaks even. Next time I will buy new and avoid dissapointment. I could return it for a refund but the tablet is so good and I have it all set up as I like it, it is not worth the extra effort for nothing. I will be buying a headphone adapter though.

Usually like Samsung products but this tablet is a mess. It took a while to set up, including a full download and update of the operating system, and even though it said it restored apps and settings from Google backup it didn't. Samsung Smart Switch was quick to copy over a lot of apps but again, the settings didn’t go across even though they were selected. I don't know if I'm prepared to spend another hour or two just adding in user names and passwords to apps that should have been copied across with the settings. My Samsung phone did this with no issues, not sure why the tablet didn't. It’s pretty, no doubt about that, but can be unresponsive – and over responsive too! - at times. The buttons on the side are hidden to the extent that they interfere in operation, and you’re constantly looking for them rather than just clicking them. All in all a waste of money.

So easy to use, compact and perfect for traveling. Came with a protective cover so no need to buy one. Very pleased with this product. Thanks

The tablet itself is excellent, the screen in particular the best I've ever used, but I hadn't realised that it lacks a fingerprint sensor which my S3 tablet does have (an unfathomable backward step by Samsung, corrected in the S5 apparently). This would not have been a deal breaker if the S4's alternative biometric iris recognition had worked, but it didn't, try as I might in many different light conditions it simply refused to register my irises. I don't know if this is a fault or a generic problem but it is certainly a deal breaker for me so it's being returned. Going to try an S5e instead.

It's an old model and in 2025 the Samsung OS is laggy and slow on it and Bixby garbage.Hooking the S5e tablet up to a PC and following the instructions (precisely) to install LineageOS turn it into a 5* tablet.

Acceptable for visual perfectionist. Lagging from time to time, but still working. You should not expect miracles from refurbished item.
