Durable and great value
These are perfect! Thick, good quality, great packaging and durable. I bought these because my daughter is in 4th grade. She is in a classical homeschool program using Saxon Math 5/4 and they have started doing Geometry and I thought she would have an easier time if she had proper tools. I picked this set because it had so many tools and it was the best bang for my buck. Just a few dollars and you get SO many. I thought the normal sized ones would be what we used but my daughter likes to use them directly in the margins of her book so the little one works perfectly. There are plenty of them too so I can keep one in a pencil bag in her at home binder, one in her pencil box at her school and an extra one in her backpack for a back up to have on the days she goes to school on campus and I still have a couple to that we keep at home. I like the different shapes and sizes too so I went ahead and put some in our math supplies basket and one in our Art Supplies closet. I'll be surprised if I ever have to buy anymore of these. There's enough for all four kids!

Great price!
I needed these for a school project and they worked perfectly, and the price was very reasonable.

Exactly what I wanted
Hard to find small ones but they are excellent for measuring angles of small shapes. Plastic is not flimsy; it’s very durable and good quality. Markings and numbers are printed on well. Their crisp and easy to read.

only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was one of them had a bad spot , but I might have did the damage myself don't know , it is still good and usable. Would buy again

Heavy Duty 360 degree Protractor
I usually preferred Alvin or Westcott for my drafting rulers and templates. However, I decided to try out Mr Pen, the Mustache Logo one. When I pick up the first one, I knew it was built, due to its weight. They are a good fat 1/8 inch thick, if not more. With that type of thickness, they ARE NOT flexible and will break if miss-used. The lettering and scale marks are embossed onto the plastic material. The only complaint: Supposedly, it was in stock, but took nearly 2 weeks to get it in my hands

More than your money's worth
It should be noted that I have had this tool-kit for only about 2 weeks, so durability and sturdiness are a bit shy on a really good (years +) testing :) That being said, receiving 3 of each tool in the "9-piece" set was really nice as I use these kinds of tools both at home and in my studio at school; odds are I'll break or lose something too, so having a backup set is wonderful. As other reviewers noted, these are quite thick as compared to other products. My old protractor broke after many years of use, but it was probably half as thick as these (but these are not crazy thick; the plastic is simply solid stuff). So, I cannot see any reason that these tools will not last a lifetime presuming I don't do something stupid with them (e.g., sit on one - which is how my old one died) or just lose them. All in all, these tools are quite the deal, for children or adults. Hats off to Mr. Pen for being a company that still makes quality goods.

Broken within a day. Booo!!!
Although I love the ease of the moving arm on the protractor, my student accidentally dropped it on his desk and it broke. Only 1 day of use and broken. I'll have to look into sturdier protractors.

Just right
Better than I thought. Also smaller than I thought but they work great for whole class instruction
