This stuff WORKS! How do I know?! I tried it myself before I put it on my 3 year old. I applied a few rolls to my inner wrists one afternoon while he was asleep. I kid you not, within 5-10 mins (maybe less) I felt a warm wave of “ahhhhh” come over me. Not enough to make me pass out, but it was almost like taking an anti-anxiety med! He’s autistic and has a heck of a time falling asleep at night, and is dealing with big meltdowns lately . He’s transitioning out of nap, but occasionally he wakes up really early and has a rough day. I’ll have him lay down and put a roll on each foot in the afternoon. He takes the best nap ever! Doesn’t always work like that for bed time, though. He gets wired-tired and it seems to calm him down but doesn’t put him to sleep. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. That’s using a few rolls on each foot, and covering with socks.I’ll keep this on hand for stressful situations too. He doesn’t do well at the doctor so i might use it before an appt to keep him mellow. He actually LOVES it and says it makes him “happy.”If you have a hyperactive little one with anxiety, sleep issues, sensory meltdowns, or other spectrum-related issues, try it! Ask your pediatrician first, of course. Ours said it didn’t hurt to try. Sometimes magnesium can cause liquidy stools, but we haven’t noticed that. It doesn’t irritate his skin, and he doesn’t say it itches. I applied a LOT one night and it burned my inner wrists slightly as it dried. There’s not really any scent to this, albeit a slightly natural one. It’s heavily based in oil, so be careful using it on feet!! Very slippery.Hope this helps! 💙

I ordered this magnesium oil for my son's sleep problems but also for general joint pain and muscle pain for everybody in the entire family. I've been using it with my 3 & a half year old son for about a week now and I really do believe that in the evening hours when we apply it to the bottom of his feet it helps to settle him and he has been sleeping more soundly through the night. The first couple of times I applied it to the bottom of his feet he was fidgety and I'm sure it was itching because when I applied it to my hands to put on his feet my palms itched as well. The itching wasn't bad, just a little noticeable. l have started applying lotion to his feet after applying the magnesium oil and he's fine with it. The only thing is, is that the roller makes him laugh so hard it's hilarious, so that's why I apply it to my hands and then rub into his feet.It is very watery, so it does tend to drip when trying to use it. But that's normal, I asked the seller and they confirmed that this is the natural state of this product.I'm very happy with the product so far. Very easy to use comma there does not seem to be any bad odor to it if any at all. And it is not greasy.I would recommend this to anyone interested, it certainly can't hurt matters.

This works great and has really helped my 3 year old with her sleep. I just don't love the packaging as it leaks out by the roller ball and had dried on the outside and feels like a waste of product.

My son would take over an hour to fall asleep every night (this was after playing outside all day, bath time, books, etc). We’ve been rolling this magnesium on his feet every night for the last 2 months. So far it seems to really help. It has a calming effect and it seems like my son is falling asleep faster.Side note: it says you can roll between shoulder blades and I don’t recommend this, it stings/itches a little bit anywhere else but the bottom of your feet.My husband has been rolling it on his feet as well and he said he sleeps so much better at night when he uses this.

I love this stuff. Have been using it on and off for about 8 years! I use it myself and have used it for my daughter since she was a toddler. It is drippy when the bottle is full, so just store it in an upright position and don’t tilt until you’re ready to apply. When I apply it I feel a calming spread in less than a minute. My daughter severely struggled with falling and staying asleep when she was an infant and toddler. This was very helpful. She still occasionally uses it 8 years later when she’s had a stressful day. Keep in mind, it’s not a hardcore sleep drug. Good sleep hygiene like no screens or excitement before bed are still important (and no caffeine of course), it’s probably not strong enough to fight those.

When I received in the mail I opened the product to find out it leaked not only that its looks and felt like water. As I rolled it on the bottom of my granddaughter’s foot I want to say the first night there was no problem she did fall asleep but woke up in the middle of the night crying and hot I didn’t think nothing of it be cause we did have our heater on she did fall back to sleep but woke up at 4am crying and burning up not only that but throwing up all over non stop I assumed she was getting sick not thinking it was from the magnesium roll so the nextnight I used it she threw up 20 mins later it was a great amount again so I knew it was this roll on I googled it and the kids can have side affects from this product, I threw it away. Please read up on this product or all products you purchase from anywhere especially when it comes to your little one.

You know it works because the kids keep asking for me to put it on! We use it when they can’t sleep, by putting it on their feet, works so well! A must keep item! Worth the money! Also love the ingredients! Safe and effective!

Honestly I really did noticed my toddlers behavior change she was so much more relaxed and calmer so I do give it that. I was using it for about 2 weeks then I noticed a dark spot on the feet’s and then started peeling pretty bad. Not painful but it does irritate the skin.
