Code: Realize Guardian of Rebirth /Switch

Absolutely one of my favourite Otome games! Otome is a genre of game where generally where the main character (you) are a girl and I you have to play through and eventually choose the guy that you most like and usually end up pursuing and falling in love with him. I have had this game in the past on the Vita and I loved it so much that I knew I had to get it for my Switch as well. The story is about Cardia (you can change her name) who is known to everyone as a ‘monster’ due to her possession of the Horologium, which causes her body to become poisonous and destroy everything she touches, and her journey with a group of men who protect her. This game is a visual novel, with English subtitles and fully voiced by some of Japan’s most popular voice actors (no English voice acting) so not much gameplay other than than the occasional choice you have to make answering questions. These answers choose which character’s side story route you eventually go down and whether it will be a good or a bad ending. There are 5 main characters and in turn, five completely different stories you can play. The first few chapters are the same no matter which route you play but afterwards you will enter a different storyline depending on which character you ‘choose’. There is SO much time you can spend completing all the stories and you delve into each character’s background and past. The visuals and music are really beautiful and are definitely some of the best I’ve seen in a visual novel. This game is all round fantastic, with gripping storylines, heartbreaking moments no matter which route you take, beautiful music and artwork. Definitely something to add to the collection if visual novels are your thing!

Having never really played a dating simulator game before, I decided to give Code Realize a try, and was thoroughly impressed with what I found. Set in a steampunk version of 19th Century London, heroine Cardia embarks on a journey to find her father with the help of five young men inspired by history and literacy. There's just one problem, she has toxic skin and a single touch can kill anyone who comes into physical contact with her. Will she find her father and finally be able to fall in love? This is a very beautiful visual novel/dating simulator with a steampunk aesthetic I really enjoyed, and features a heroine you find yourself rooting for!

This is one of my favourite games absolutely love it still waiting for the other games to be released on switch by the company but this game never gets old. I was also happy as the item in question came the next day after I ordered it so was really impressed

It’s such a great game. It has tons of re-playability. All round really fun game if you want some hot anime boys to chat too.

Finally!!! It's here on Switch. I'm a huge fan of Otome games and MUST say, this one did not fail me :) My most favourite bachelor is Van. Storyline could have been lot better. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Characters are pleasant to look at. I just hope in the near future, the gamers are given the ability to change Cardia's and the five bachelors clothings in the game... It is such a waste to see their gorgeous faces in the same attires throughout the whole game. Plus, more romantic scenes would be a bonus. All in all, a 5 out of 5 for me, definitely!

El juego es muy bueno, una de las mejores historias que he leido y uno de mis otomes favoritos. Si haces el cambio de 1h = 1€ sales ganando sin duda alguna. Me han gustado todas las rutas.
