This multivitamin is exactly what I was looking for and has become a staple in my nutrition. As far as supplements go, the capsules are easy to swallow & digest. I will say there was a few burps that tasted like algae but I recommend taking this between meals so it doesn't occur.

My fiancé and I love these vitamins. He introduced them to me after he said the tumeric is great for calming his mind and the essential vitamins help him feel energized each day.
