I recently had some lab work done at the recommendation of my wound care clinic due to a slow healing wound. This lab work indicated some deficiencies including a significantly low Vitamin B12 level. I had a consult with a nutritionist who recommended a supplement. She provided three brands and stated they all did the lab testing necessary to ensure the efficacy of their vitamins. Nature Made was one of the brands she recommended.This is a bottle of 50 1000mcg B12 tablets. These are meant to be used sublingually (under the tongue) and they are fast dissolve tablets. My nutritionist recommended I use them daily for two weeks followed by twice weekly.These are cherry flavored, as well. I'll have to admit that I did that accidentally, though it does add a nice flavor to the vitamin.The cap for the bottle has a nice flip top that is easy to use. The vitamins are small and easy to place under my tongue. They do dissolve quite quickly.I am seeing positive results from use and my nutritionist has been happy. My wound seems to actually be healing better, as well. Overall, I am quite pleased and will definitely keep using this supplement.

This product was well worth the purchase!! My significant other has difficulty swallowing meds. So this beig dissolvable/pleasant flavor was great. Also good value for money.

I have low vision and I’m using Siri to write this. Please excuse any strange words. I ordered this and it’s a little bit harder to chew than prior ones I’ve had but you can still chew it and it tastes OK but just not as soft as past products. The price was good. The quality seems great and the bottle smells great so I don’t think you’ll have a problem with it just have to use the chompers a little bit harder. Thank you for reading my review. My husband was low on vitamin B12 on his Dr visit last year so I purchased these for him.They are easy for him to take and last Dr visit his B12 level was great!

I can't be sure if they do anything for me, as I feel about the same, but they taste great and dissolve easily under the tongue or in the mouth
