Simple, Maybe Too Simple
I have a Disney Circle Gen 1 which I like. But we have a vacation cabin and I wanted an internet control device there as well. To keep things simple, I purchased a TigerMom for the cabin in order to have a different product (and therefore a separate app on my phone) to manage internet at the cabin.Setup is pretty easy and using the app is easy too. But this simple-ness means a few features that I use a lot on Disney Circle Gen 1 are not on the TigerMom. These are: 1) I cannot "pause" internet for a specific user, 2) I cannot "pause" the internet for all users 3) I cannot add games my kids play the most to the popular apps list (as of this writing there are only 3 games you can allow/block which are Roblox, Starcraft, & World of Warcraft). My kids don't play any of those games therefore I have no easy way to block/unblock the games they do play.Another very small gripe is that the device info on the device list is very sparse. I can easily work around this by comparing the IP address for the device shown in TigerMom with the IP info on my router, but Disney Circle does a lot better with the device info in their app.All said and done, the device is good enough for what I need it for - part time living at our cabin. However, I'd still recommend Disney Circle Gen 1 over this product if for no other reason than the ability to "pause" and "unpause" any user's internet connection anytime you want - this is the feature I use the most (by far) on my Disney Circle. Not doing what you're supposed to? No messing around with changing the hours a user has access to internet, just hit pause. This feature should absolutely be on TigerMom and it's absence is sorely missing.

Wait for the next version; great idea; limited function currently
I bought this product to try and regulate my kid's internet usage while they're at home. I'll give my opinion of how successful I was. My kids primarily watch videos with Youtube or Netflix and play games like Roblox, Minecraft, World of Tanks, etc.Installation - super simple just like the instructions on the app; it is literally plug and play. The app does take a minute to recognize the devices on your network (they need to be turned on).App - I used my iPhone; it requires you to register with either your google or facebook account; I found the interface very simple and childish. It's simple and straight forward to use. Not many bells and whistles. It does require you to register a user before you can control content.Con - This is a big one for me. I was not able to successfully block access to Youtube or other sites. I even allowed a few hours to see if it would make a difference. Unfortunately, this is a show stopper for me and I will return the device.Limited apps: For games, you only can currently block 3 - Roblox, StarCraft, World of Warcraft. There's no way to personally add games like MineCraft or any of the newer gamesFuture considerations - I wish there would be an option to timeout the person and cut off internet. I also wish there was a way to add more blocking profiles.I'll play with this for a few more days and adjust my comments.

Not the best and setup instructions are basically non-existent, but works pretty good
The instructions to setup were simple ( see picture) and meaningless.I had to search online to find out how install the product and even those instructions were sparse. It is an iPhone IOS ( or maybe also Android) app and you have to flash the code on the box to have it be recognized. Then it give a very few categories five(5) you can block: Dating, Pornography, Gambling, Drugs/Marijuana/Alcohol and Crime. The you can set weekend and weekday time limits. okay you set a profile and then there are a whole bunch of unidentifiable IP names I guess they reflect the profile.Tech support - no number or emailUser interface - basic when you can finally find it , no protection on app No security??Actually works and pretty easy to manage on iPhone app was three stars until I found they spelled "Devices" as"Deivces"

Love it. Works great
Good at what it does.I purchased this device with the intent to help us manage the internet usage and content for my kid.It did enforce the safe search policy and kids can not turn it off through the Chrome browser. Onlien sure is safe for them. Love it.

Must have
I like this product very much! I buy it as a new year gift for my kid. She always spent a lot time on youtube and online game/chatting with her friends using studying/bed time. Time setting function is especially helpful for me to control when my kid can touch internet. This product is a must-have one if you'd protect kids.

Not as advertised
Did very little. I couldn't figure it out. It didn't really show me what my kids were on and I could only block 21 websites. Also you could only do a bed time and morning wake up on limits. Not certain time frames through the day. Not what I expected at all. Really disappointing.

Wi fi connection to an iOS device never worked
I tried with 2 different devices but the device would never connect or even show up on an iOS device I cannot tell any one how well this worked as a filter because it never did don't bother its not a good bet at all. I can see the device on the network but iOS cannot see it at all thus the wireless connection isn't working. The support for this device is non existent so pay a bit more and save your money.
