No. All additives already present. Simply mix with distilled/purified water.

Q: Dose this have to be used with coolant or just distilled water?

This concentrate needs to be mixed with distilled water.

Q: I understand it says that this concentrate is clear blue, but is the color of the actual coolant more clear than blue?

Fluid appears clear normally. It will glow Blue when under UV Purple lighting.

Q: will this work with EKWB soft tube?

Yes it will; however, your tubes will be stained over time afterwards and you will have to replace them if you ever want to change out to a different coolant color.
