The first thing I noticed was that the packaging was torn. I opened it up and nothing appeared to be broken or missing so, not a big deal.The second thing I noticed was that the instructions were unclear and also mentioned items not included in the package. I prepared my screen and tried to install the screen protector anyway.Not only did it not attach itself well to my screen, but it also has a awful looking circle right where the thumb print reader is. Oh and speaking of, the reader doesn't work with the protector on.I do not recommend this product and I will be returning it.

I can't review the fingerprint reader's ability of glass, the touch screen ability, or how well it sticks to my phone. All I can review is that it breaks very easily. I opened the package and took on of the two protectors out and flexed it slightly and it broke in my hands. I didn't think I flexed it that much either. I thought about returning everything at that point but decided not too because it could have been my fault on causing the protector to break.I cleaned my phone and began to install the second protector. As I was trying to line the protector up correctly the second this on also broke on me. Now after less than four hours after delivery both protectors are broke and I have tiny glass pieces on my desk.I wouldn't recommend purchasing these protectors.

After installing the screen cover, I noticed that my fingerprint analysis didn't work. I deleted my fingerprint and try to install it again with no success, as long as this screen cover was on the phone. I took this screen cover off my phone, and had no problem setting up my fingerprint. There's a circle in the bottom half of the screen protector, and it's there to allow you to use the fingerprint ID to access your phone. Obviously it doesn't work.

First of all why is there so many screen protectors with reviews of other products. Anyways this screen protector sucks.. has a circle over the finger print scanner the whole time.. it doesn't even stick to the curves well.. just don't buy. Trust me spend $50 on the UV light curing screen protector..

It was slightly too small for my Note 10+ and I cannot scan my fingerprint. The package did not come with an air bubble smoothing card. It only came with two teeny tiny (like one square inch) wet and dry disposable wipes, and a couple of stickers to hold the glass with. There are air bubbles under the fingerprint reader that I cannot seem to get out, so now it won't read my fingerprint at all. Oh yeah and the package did not come with any detailed instructions, but I doubt that would've made a difference with the quality of the items included. Would not recommend.

Trash. I'm super md bout this screen protector. The first one fell off and broke right after I installed it. The 2nd one fell off when I dropped my phone bout 2 inches on the couch. So now it wont stick either. Waste of money and I bought these and installed them yesterday. They were such crop I deserve a refund.

For the price, I can not complain too much. It protected my phone's screen well! That was about it. The finger print sensor area was a bit small and worked half of the time. The screen cover itself dulled the vibrancy of the screen and felt like a fingerprint magnet! I constantly had to clean it. If you are in a pinch and need something to protect your phone this works well, but it will get annoying fast.

Initially, the fingerprint reader on my note 10 plus did not work with this product but after a day of it healing together the fingerprint reader now works just as good as without the protector. The Instructions that are on the box does not match with screen protector in box. The instructions states there are two protective layers to peel off when installing but there is only one. But it isn't rocket science and can be easily figured out. Nevertheless, the product is a great product and I will buy again. This is the first screen protector that it's actually case friendly and doesn't peel at the edges.
