Ready to install, they work and look great just as it mentions. Kids love it when its on and dark in the room since the lighting looks great.

First let me say I put these on a 65" LG Curved TV with almost no bezel around the edge and they were almost too long. I installed them about an inch from the edge the whole way around except the bottom which I had to choice but to install right on the edge.The lights appear to be made very well, much better than some cheaper ones that I have purchased. The install was easy but you need to be patient as the adhesive is really sticky (at least the ones I had were). I did make sure to clean the installation area before installing (simple dusting and wipe with lightly moist cloth). The only issue -- if you want to call it that -- is the plug extends about an inch below the TV in the corner and this is with side light it attaches too less than in inch from the top of the TV. After looking there was no way to prevent it from sticking at all unless I put the lights on at an angle.The colors are cool looking and bright. They switch easily with the remote. I know there are reviews that the remote has troubles or does not work without being behind the TV but I do not have this issue. My "sensor" is behind the left part of the TV and if I am on the sofas in front of the TV I have no issues. I will say the remote does not have a lot of range with my install (sort of expected) but that is ok because it works within about 10 ft of the TV, anything further and it doesn't work.From what I have experienced I would say this light strip is too big for a 60" TV unless you have a large bezel. I would think this could even fit a 75" or 80" TV (maybe bigger).The biggest issue I have that is not an issue with the product (thus no deduction) is that the USB port on my TV does not shut off with the TV. This has nothing to do with the product but figured I would mention it because it means I have to manually turn on/off the strip which is not really a big deal to me. Definitely something to consider because without the remote it would have been a big problem.

My biggest concern was the sensor picking up the controller from a distance without direct line of sight, and it has been no problem. My sensor is tucked back behind the edge of the tv by an inch or so, and picks up my controller form 10ft with no problem the occasional double click, but still great. Lights work well and look good.ONLY complaint: Making corners is a tad difficult and doesn't seem to stay on perfectly, but you can make it work fine.Absolutely would buy again.

Ok, so I'm not a professional installer and this took me 30 minutes at the most to put on. It's not hard. peel back the tape paper and stick on your tv. The strip came on a roll already connected to each other, but you can pull apart and add blank spacers to make it longer. My tv is a 43" and i wanted it to go all the way around without any gaps so i got the 48" to 50". it fit exactly all the way around about a centimeter from the edge on the back. plug into the usb input of your tv and it automatically turns on/off with the tv.I am a perfectionist though, so my philosophy is do it right or don't do it at all. If you are going to accent the wall that your tv is on, don't just highlight the crap that is back there, especially janky looking cords that dangle down. adding any backlighting behind the tv is supposed to contrast the tv, yet not draw any attention away from it (the tv is supposedly the focus anyways). what i do recommend is having a textured wall. By creating dips and peaks, the lighting can enhance the effect with shadows. this creates an effect 1000x better and more professional looking than simply looking like you shoved a light in the back of the tv. trust me on this, a few extra hours of putting in the effort will pay back tenfold in the pro department. i completed my entire wall (TV, wall panels, TV frame, and this LED light strip) for ~$400 and get compliments from everyone on how great it looks.The only drawbacks is the color spectrum available, as well as very limited effects. For the price though, it is a great kit for those that want to get a feel for basic tv backlighting.

The media could not be loaded. Very affordable and cool tv light set! We have an 85” tv and the lights are long enough as long as you don’t wrap the lights to the edge of the tv. The app functions well and you can control the lights in a number of ways.The only drawback is that the lights are not as bright as our old Philips tv lights, but for the price you can’t go wrong.

Wanted to light up the back of my new LG C3-77. Installation was pretty straight forward. The light strip is one long strip rolled up. Instructions say not to fold corners. My TV is on a stand, not mounted on the wall. It's about a foot and a half from the wall. I think this is why it doesn't light up very bright. Maybe if it was against the wall, it would look brighter, but in my case, it's not very bright. Also, my wall painted brown thus doesn't reflect too much light taking away from the brightness. The remote control is useless and the app only works well while standing up and close to the TV. Overall for the price, it's okay. I'm not blown away like in some of the reviews, but like I mentioned before. These most likely work better with TV's that are wall mounted. Oh, one more thing, nice that they turn on when you turn on the TV on, but they do not turn off when you turn the TV off. You have to do it manually. ***UPDATE*** (Sep. 8, 2024) My last comment turned out not to be true. The lights do turn off by themselves after around 5 minutes of turning off the TV. I still stand behind the rest of my review.

Have had these lights about 3 months and are still working great, easy install and have remained taped to Tv no issues, app works great as well

Great lights, easy to install. Lots of great color choices. Included remote is worthless, but the phone app provided works very well. Fit the new 75” tv perfectly
