Passenger side in the front seat.

Q: Is this effective for repelling mosquitoes?

The directions say it will repel mosquitoes but I did not buy it for outdoor use so can not answer from experience

Q: Can this work outdoor for squirell in the deck. Squirell has been digging my plants .

It works to keep out rodents, including, chipmunks, and red squirrels from getting into the engine compartment of my vehicles. Could possibly work outside, but it has to be protected from the weather.

Q: Will this product negatively impact our 3 dogs from traveling through the garage ?

I don't think so. We have a dog that spends alot of time with us on our wooden deck. Our rodent repellent is located at the end of our deck. Of course this is outside rather than in a garage but we have never noticed any impact on our dog. She pays no attention to it and doesn't seem to be bothered by it. The great thing is we no longer have rabbits etc trying to live under our deck.
