I am obsessed with these knives.
I absolutely love these knives. I have been trying to find a great knife at a fair price for a very long time and have wasted a lot of money on higher and knives, and spending more than I really wanted to, due to good reviews, and have been disappointed with every single one. This knife, however, is everything. I find myself grabbing it constantly, as does the rest of my family. There is nothing I have used it on that it hasn't handled beautifully. It cuts through bagels like butter, tomatoes like a dream, and steak like it's nobody's business. I have now bought quite a few in different colors, and have given them as gifts to people, especially those who I know like to cook, and they are equally impressed. It may not look like a high-end knife, but it acts like one. I'm hoping that they last for a very long time, but just in case, I bought two backups. I don't ever want to be without this knife.

Outperforms and outlasts expensive knives!
I have owned one of these for over ten years. It is the first knife that gets pulled from the drawer by every member of the family to cut, chop or slice anything. Cheese, meat, veggies. It is the favorite knife and we were so tired of it being in the dishwasher when we wanted to use it I have bought several more. It was also a gift to each daughter as they moved out on their own! Inexpensive and out performs much more expensive knives I have in my kitchen, like Henkels, and Cutco.

Absolutely Wonderful
This knife was not expensive, and its first use demonstrated a fiercely sharp serrated blade that can effortlessly slice lemons and limes, cut through bread without squishing it, and is remarkably easy to keep clean. Add this one to your knife roll. You'll be glad you did.

Crazy, stupid sharp
Love this knife, ridiculously sharp. Good to toss into the utensil drawer so long as you have a sheath for it.

Buy 10!
I used to work in a professional kitchen in new york and these knives were like gold. I'd never lend them to anyone because you would never see them again. I have several at home and they are my go-to knives for simple tasks. Cheap as hell and you will probably use them more than your expensive ones....

Always great
There's no other knife company I would buy from. They are inexpensive. Not that slippery when greasy. Long lasting. I was introduced to them decades ago in a professional kitchen. You have to spend a good bit of money to get better. But, these are good enough for me. I'd buy nothing else.

Sharp, agile blade! I bought 2
The size of the 4 inch knife is super versatile: small enough to accomplish precise paring tasks, but big enough to tackle many of the everyday duties of chef's knife. (I used to buy the 3 and 1/4" blade, but will only buy this 4" blade in the future because it is so perfect.) I love the serrated models especially, because they seem to hold their edge for a longer time than the smooth knives. I also like the handle--it is grippy, comfortable, and light. (As someone who is not partial at all to heavy knives, this is a dream.) The fact that the handle is white gives it a bit of elan when compared to the stolid, black-handled knives in my block. Highly recommended!

First time purchasing the 4" blade and am glad I did.
These knives are the best, but be careful as they are very sharp.
