Life saver for before and after back surgery! I can use ice or heat when needed. I would suggest making the insert thicker as it leaks if you sit on it too long. I had to order another to replace one of them.

Unlike some specialized ice packs I use these for various body parts (too much sports activity!). I absolutely love that other ice packs I have can slip inside the pouch so I can ice longer than their supplied get pack.

Works well, has a bit of an off-putting smell like chemicals. Hopefully that will go away. I only bought the one gel pack version, however a quart size ziplock bag with ice works well in the pouch too so even though I regretted not buying the double at first, I’m happy now that I was able to save a few bucks.
