Really good flavor, it’s nice and subtle, and floral. Others have said they get cramps when they drink this. I did experience cramps the first time I drank it but then that was it. I no longer experience cramps. It also may be crucial to follow the instructions where it says to drink after your last meal of the day. That can possibly make a difference. But so far I feel great. Not a lot of bloating. I’ve lost three pounds but I’ve also simultaneously eat well.

The taste is good and will definitely help get rid of bloat. However, it may upset your stomach. It says to drink after your last meal. Every time I have, I've woken up in the middle of the night with intense stomach pain and diarrhea.The instructions clearly say to stop use if that happens. I didn't follow instructions thinking my gut would adjust to it.. nope. Never adjusted. If you wanna suffer a little and wake up to a flat stomach, go for it.

This tea tastes great. I added Splenda the second day I drank it. The first day it gave me cramps and I was up half the night going to the bathroom. It got rid of the bloat I'd had before. The second day the bathroom runs didn't happen but I had stomach cramps. Reminds me of Smooth Move tea. But it tastes better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read reviews before buying things so i read this when give it try. I have issues with bowels plus want to lose weight. Yes so if you have issues with bowels this works if you just want to use something natural. Value for money:Worth the buy and money to buy but will come back with another view to how much weight have lost. Once I stay steady on it.

At first this tea was working and doing its job. The next thing I knew I was having severe stomach cramping and was puking my guts out. I had diarrhea a fever and I didn't understand what was going on. Turns out this tea inflamed my appendix giving me appendicitis. I ended up going to the hospital having to get it removed. I do not recommend this tea at all.

Lorddd the taste isn't the best but definitely help while intermittent fasting. Everyone told me how it looked like I was losing weight! But then boommmm I got pregnant. So After July I'll start back drinking it!
