I had a cheap air hose that was a pain to coil. I could never get my assistants to coil it correctly (under/over), and when tried to do it myself, it was a struggle. I have another air hose in my garage that is not problem, but the cheap air hose had some permanent kinks and twists in it. I decided to replace it, and this hose reel is about the price of a good quality 50' hose, so it was a no brainer. It was easy to install and easy to use. This isn't "professional grade" (it's plastic) but for my home DIY shop it's perfect. EDIT: After I purchased this, Harbor Freight offered a metal hose reel for about the same price. After a few weeks, the retraction started to get finicky and then the quick connect tool adapter stopped working. I had to stop what I was doing and run out to my local hardware store for a replacement connector. All in all, I'm still happy I bought it. But if I was doing it over and was willing to wait, I might have waited for a better deal on a more robust reel made of metal.

Very nice, easy to install everything works well.

Only complaint is that the reel struggles to get the last few feet into the spool. The material is very cheap plastic as well. The quality of the hose itself is outstanding. The mounting was easy and it feels secure with the bolts they provide. Make sure they land in a stud. Overall I would recommend this

Super easy install - had on wall 5m after opening the box. So far hose has performed as expected.

Works as designed. Definitely cheap but for home use it’s perfect. Would NEVER hold up to daily use.

I had been using this product for nearly 4 years, but today, when I was teaching my nine year old how to work with tires, the hose came apart and started waving around like an angry cobra. It spared him, but gave me a good whack. At the time it exploded, it was pressurized to less than 200 psi. (My compressor will only do about 210.) The hose says it is good for 300. This thing is dangerous. I recommend not buying it. In the future, I will be getting whatever the expensive name brand of air hoses is.

Package arrived promptly . the box looked smaller than I expected as I unpacked it the better it got. The hose was as expected. The female connector is the type that the collar stays back after u remove the accessory so you don't need to to hold it back to install the next tool. Even the teflon tape was more than expected a full roll like you would get at the store. Install was easy just screw the bracket to the wall (with included hardware) then slip on the reel and insert the pin DONE. the reel seems to be well made and works well. A+
