Very bad after-sales service
Very bad shopping experience! I bought it in August last year and used it for a few months. In February of this year, it broke down without cooling. I called the customer service of the original factory warranty and sent an email saying that someone would contact me in 3-5 working days. I haven't contacted me for a month. Every time I called, I said that someone would contact you. I have called you seven or eight times, and no one has contacted me to tell me when I can fix it!
