Easy to use. A lot of parts to hand wash.

I'm very happy with this stuffer . The drum is not huge but for the money a great buy . I think I got 4lbs on summer sausage meat in . The head shifts out of the way for easy filling . Very quick and easy .

I have now used this stuffer to make over 100 lbs of sausage and it works great! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I received it the pad on the clamp was not properly installed. I put this back on correctly and it has since worked flawlessly.

Good quality for the price. Feels solid and works well so far. The clamping system isn't perfect, the unit moves around just a little for high pressure stuffing but can be managed without a tear in the eye. BTW it is Costway brand, same price here as it is there. I looked around for a long time before choosing this model and I am satisfied.

I am giving one star only because this was wrongly advertised. This is not a fully stainless steel made tool. The main body might be made of stainless because the magnet does not stick to it, and it does not look like aluminium. The rest of the stuff is made out of aluminium. The stuffing rod and the clamping shaft are made out of regular chromed or galvanized steel. The reason I think so is that any of the holes for screws or otherwise rust inside.

This stuffer works but there are some issues I noticed. There is no suction at all. The clamp barely work, it wobble when turning the arm, you have to hold it to stay in place. Poor design, although once you secure it good it will work but you have to take care turning the handle because the whole body will turn also and wobbles.

Had a sausage making day with a couple friends and made over 50 sausages in 1 run and this thing worked great!Good for sausage hobbyist but if your running a lot you may want something with bigger capacity.
