As a kid I was never fussed about slinkys. Occasionally I would get a plastic one from someone but I never seemed to be able to get it to go downstairs. Now my son wanted a slinky and we bought this. I'm delighted to say it does go down stairs and so something I've waited 30+ years has now finally happened.So with that in mind I'd say it's a lot of fun, it's built well and is functional as the main purpose of a slinky. Decent weight to in and doesn't feel flimsy or likely to straighten if stretched.

Great big slinky, but too big to go down stairs properly. Son uses it in role play instead. He loved the size and colour.

Arrived earlier than anticipated, seems decent quality for the price. Hopefully will deter the squirrels from climbing the bird feeder.

Brought this for my son. First stop was top of the stairs and down the slinky went. each step one by one. till it gathered in a stack at the bottom. got my moneys worth on the first day. all you could hear was my son up and down the stairs. built well and would recommend over any of the plastic ones.

Got these to stop the squirrels getting at my bird feeders. Worked great for a while but the squirrels too smart so ended up beating a waste of money
