Convenient and very good
Making these from scratch is best but labor intensive. These are the next best thing to homemade. After cooking my first bag, I ordered a case. Yes, it is that good and convenient.

My husband is German and I make a couple of his favorite meals using this product. Perfect size and exactly what I wanted. I have ordered several times.

Soooo good!
I bought these for my husband. He was skeptical because his grandfather was from Germany, and made them from scratch. No restaurant made them right, according to him. But these are just like what he grew up with, apparently. I love them too. So many meals to add them to when I’m tired of pasta or rice.

It's not as good as homemade BUT
It's not bad. I bought this because we're seniors and it's hard to stand and cook now. This makes it easy for my husband to fix Spaetzle for us. My only complaint is that the cost is HIGH, much higher than other places (not close to me) BUT it is what it is.

Tastes like what my grandmother made at home. Very good taste and texture. A little pricey, but less than buying it at an ethnic food store.
