Try it out!
Not sure why the flavor question would come in to play. However, I will say that I've only had these for about a month. Some may say I don't need them but I wanted a little adjustment.There is a sense of discomfort at first, but in time you'll get used to it. I did start with stage one but didn't feel like I needed that. So I jumped straight to 3.I'm seeing little improvement. But again I've only had these for about a month now so.....
