This book is full of incredibly delicious and incredibly beautiful bakes. I love how many different types of bakes you can make in just one pan.

I've made about 4 or 5 things from this so far and they've all worked out and been easy to follow, and honestly one of them had the best chocolate cake I've ever made! So happy with the book =)

Filled with mouthwatering baked goods, none look to difficult to make. The recipes are given in American and British measurements. The one draw back I found is I would have to purchase many baking item. These items would probably only be used in that tin cake. If you lived near a bupk food store and can purchase small amounts of buckwheat flour, yellow honey, caster sugar etc. You could make a variety of brownies, cakes and tarts. Enjoyed reading the recipes, photos are great.

Let me start of by saying that I am an experienced pastry and bakery person. Moreover, I have followed Edd Kimber youtube channel and his blog for quite sometime and loved many of his recipes so when I heard that he is releasing a new cook book, I could not wait to get my hands on. Well, I made over 10 recipes and they all share the same thing .. they are meh .. way too simple that it gets reflected on the taste and the texture of the end resultsUsing 1 tin for all the recipes in the book does not give a reason for the recipes to be too bland and well thought out coming from edd kimber who posted some really great recipes on his blog and youtube which came out great! Unfortunately, this book is not.If you are an experienced pastry/baker prepare to be disappointed
