Initial thoughts: Seems pretty decent, especially for the price. All components new and present, easy to assemble, pump pulls to -29 inHg in 2 minutes and no leaks (granted I don't need it to hold more than a few minutes so haven't tested longer). Used a non-misting oil as suggested by other reviews. Seals without any external pressure needed as long as seal is clean - was a bit dusty out of the box but just needed a wipe.

This is my first degasser- I've read a lot of reviews and seen it in action in various YouTube videos- If I was going to say anything about it- the glass top was very smugged up, the top didn't seem like a previous return but you never know- other than that it works good.

I had a bit of trouble at first since my order didn’t show up, but I have to give credit to customer service. They did worked well with me to get a replacement pretty quickly. I had it in hand within a day or two, which was super impressive. When I first started using the vacuum chamber, it worked pretty well. The pump pulled a good vacuum, and everything seemed solid. But after a while, the seal started failing, and air slowly leaked back in, which was frustrating. The pump itself is fine, but the chamber definitely needs a better seal if you want something long-term. I’m using it for making resin dice, and while it helped reduce bubbles, it didn’t get rid of them completely. I’ve since learned that I actually need a pressure pot for that, so that’s on me. Overall, it’s a decent setup, especially for the price, and the customer service experience was great. Just be aware that you might need to tweak or replace the seal if you plan on using it a lot.

The lid cracked after being at negative 1 Bar for 8 hours on the first use. The valves, gauge, and vacuum pump seem to work great and it's a decent size. For the 8 hours, the whole system worked great and allowed me to nearly complete one round of extraction. Unfortunately I only got one use out of it before it became completely unusable. As a bonus, my dog peed the bed from the incredibly loud noise it created at 4:45 AM so it robbed me of a good bit of sleep too.

Works great for what I needed to, but still can’t achieve a perfect vacuum. In my case that’s exactly what I need though so that’s fine it’s right below a total vacuum maybe 1 inch of mercury left of pressure. Compared to atmospheric pressure which is about 30 inches of mercury. (so it can achieve 1/30 of the pressure in the air which is enough for me, in my experience with it at least) Changing the oil is nice and easy

Good quality for non professional use. I took the pump apart to check the build quality, and it looks very good, no burrs or metal shavings left inside. The hose is very good quality compared to other brands. The vacuum chamber seems to be as well built as any other, and I haven't had problems with leaks. I should mention, the oil it comes with is not very good. It creates an oil fog, which is bad to breathe and can contaminate your projects. I solved the issue by replacing it with TSI Supercool 46 viscosity vacuum pump oil. Seems to be the same viscosity, and solved the oil fog.

I'm loving this for removing bubble from epoxy resin. I did learn how to use this from YouTube videos. I don't know why they can't send clear cut instructions for the price paid. Anyways, after using it a few times I now have confidence in the product and I am not intimidated anymore. It is really good quality. I am just wondering why it leaks a little bit of oil around the cap? Hummm? That has not impeded the operation of the machine though. I did go ahead and buy more oil to have on hand as the bottle it comes with is just enough to fill to the operation line in the tank. Well packaged and shipping was acceptable from Amazon Prime.

I ordered the BACOENG 3 Gallon Vacuum Chamber Kit with 3.6 CFM 1 Stage Vacuum Pump HVAC back in September, the set up was easy and it worked great! It was everything that I needed & wanted. Well, about 2 weeks ago the pump out of no where started leaking. I contacted customer service via email and was responded to within a day. They asked to see pics of where the leak was so I sent those over. They asked that I empty, clean and refill the oil to see if it was still leaking. Unfortunately it still was :( They said they would send me a new one. That was on Tuesday and by Saturday I had the new pump on my front porch. I was so pleased with the response and help they gave me. And when the help didn't work they made it right. I most definitely recommend them to anyone!

I received everything should be in the order. But the pump motor doesn't work continually. It stops every second

No se si haya mejores marcas de estas bombas, yo la he visto en videos y funciona bien para desgasificar el caucho de silicón, en lo personal siento que debería resistir mas vacío, trabajé al vacío máximo recomendado y aún así siento que tarda demasiado en desgasificar. La olla de tres galones se escucha espaciosa pero ya viéndola y en el uso, termina siendo pequeña... no quiero imaginarme la olla de un galón

Muy buen producto, funciona a la perfección. El único problema es que es demasiado angosto y no cabe una cubeta dentro. Tienes que colocar recipientes mucho más angostos de lo que esperaba.
