3Doodler 2.0 3D Printing Pen + 2 Packs of ABS Plastic Strands

The nozzle is a bit fragile. My son tightened a different nozzle and broke it off. Its been 3 weeks since I asked 3Doodler for a replacement part, they seem interested in helping, but replies are spotty... my kids still waiting for a fix.The product itself has a steep learning curve, when compared to the youtube demo videos, but I think overall is a great concept.

This was a lot of fun for the 20 minutes it worked! They send a whole kit for fixing it which should have been a sign. We spent more time trying to unjam it than we did using it. Ended up having to send it back but the customer service was good

Unfortunately I had to ship this back, the tip wasn't getting hot enough to melt the filament. After much reading it seems like a few others have had this problem too. Contacted 3Doodler, very hassle free, sending out a replacement.

Wish it could work, but maybe I just got a dud, a pending question with company, update when I get an answer.

Not the easiest to use or clean. Overpriced.

I followed this product well before it was available for anyone to buy. I was excited when the first version came out, but decided to hold out to buy it until all of the bugs were fixed. I watched a lot of videos and chose to buy the 2.0 a little while after it came out. I was so excited to try it. I took it out of the box, read the directions, and then attempted to use it. The first problem with it is that it takes a long time for anything to come out and when it does you don't have any time to shape it before it cools off. The second problem with it is that the plastic gets stuck almost every time and it's very hard to clean out. I just wish I had opened it right after I got it so that I could have returned it. I would tell anyone who is looking to buy it to not waste your money until they have an actual working pen.

I bought this pen for my daughter and she was so excited to have it. When it came it doesn't extrude by itself. Called tech support and tried to work with the problem. Until they found out that we had a defective pen. They send us immediately a replacement pen. Great Job...
