Great but had to adjust dosage.
When taking one scoop of this product I noticed absolutely nothing. One day I put three scoops in my drink, I definitely felt a little more revived at the gym like oxygen was flowing better. It does have an awkward taste so rather than mix it with water I mixed it with juice or an energy drink.

I feel a burst of energy after I drink this. But not in a caffeine type of way. It has improved my work outs and even alertness. It does have a mushroom woody taste.
