This shower set is such high quality, it's heavy,and so beautiful. We recently renovated our master bath and the matte black is so beautiful. Everything you need is included and very easy to install. We are so happy with this purchase!

Not very easy to install at all, but overall it’s a great looking and great shower all around. Very well made, and best kit you’ll ever find for the price.

Awesome shower head

Terrible directions in improper English. Pictures do not match product. Maybe I received the wrong instructions. Doesn't even show how to mount the handheld shower nozzle. And where is the maximum guideline mark? Will update review if I get a good response.

We installed this set for our master bathroom. Our walk-in shower is 3' x 5' and this set is perfect for it!Pros:- thermostat and volume control is easy to use- shower head and shower wand toggles easily- the wand provides so much water pressure, it easily washes off shampoo in my long hair and my kids hair in less than 30 seconds (much like the ones used at professional hair salons for shampooing)- the matte black is smooth to the touch- shower head width is wide enough to provide good coverage during showersCons:- the black comes off easily on the shower wand with use- installation requires more time because of the threading (according to my contractor)We really enjoy using this set. Our young kids love it. We definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a practical, modern-looking fixture for your shower that won't break your bank. Although we have only been using this product for a bit over a month (family of five, all of us showering daily), we feel like it will last for a long time - very good value.Note: of you are 5'9" and up, be sure to install the shower head high enough so you don't hit it while washing your hair. The arm comes out quite a bit horizontally.

We installed it & it looks fantastic. If you haven't done plumbing watch many You Tube videos & friend(s) to learn like I did. The downside is that there is no list of parts & instructions are very limited regarding installation & no measuring distances. I had to buy a shower head cover plate that wasn't in the box & spray painted it black. I'm not a plumber & so this was my first time I installed a shower system into a rough in that I did. I had to buy a double headed threaded extension coupling (use plumbing tape for both ends) for inside the wall for hand wand to screw into due to the DensShield thickness & thin shower wall. Don't be afraid. You can do it even if it takes time like me. Hope this inspires you to go for it.

We have had this for less than a year, medium use... it isn't the family shower, only 2 people use it. See the pictures above, the finish is peeling off. We got some brand name faucets at the same time, no issue with those.NOT only that, it seems to be staining the white grout in the tiles.TERRIBLE purchase.

Looks great. However, I am doing renovations and about to install and contractor just notified me that I am missing flange for shower head and hand shower connection for wall. Can I get them sent ASAP?
