The card does what it's supposed to do, sorta. It comes with a very outdated version of OPL preloaded that doesn't support most features people would want these days like large HDD support, exfat file systems, etc. You have to install a new version of OPL to remedy this issue, and while that's not hard for someone tech savvy for some users it's likely going to be a big deal to do.If they would just update the card instead of sending ancient versions of the installed software it would be perfect.

You can pretty easily update all these applications if there are features/functions that you need for other, more involved tasks.I've read a lot of comments about the cheap, generic MCs simply not working, but so far this MC is working fine. I'm not writing to it, just reading, so that should increase longevity. Besides, I can just create my own FreeMcBoot MC on a higher-quality MC now if I felt it was necessary (which I don't).Definitely well worth the price and performed flawlessly. If you're looking for a quality Soft-Mod FreeMcBoot, this is it.Cheers!

Works great! Make sure you format the USB drive or hard drive to fat32 and make a file labeled DVD in CAPS! Then put your backups into that file. Best thing is it has codebreaker and EVERY game cheat available too! I'm stoked!
