Mac book pro.
Great laptop.Exactly as described-perfect condition,everything works fine.I’m very pleased with these purchase.Arrived quickly,well packed and protected.

US KEYBOARD , no pound £ sign on keyboard but otherwise fine
It says English but despite being set up for the UK locale it's a US format keyboard, so no £ (pound) sign on the keyboard. Other than that it seems ok. Came with a brand new charger and lead, and was indeed in excellent condition. I'm pretty pleased except for the non UK spec keyboard, but at least it's not a Russian or Chinese keyboard.Comes with an Admin password and had a completely clean build. I have been able to update it to the latest Apple Mac Sequoia version of the operating system and have installed Garageband.A few weeks on and I've also installed chrome, outlook, and audacity and further sequoia updates. This laptop is more than fast enough for audio editing, and while some tracks when converted from PC in Audacity don't sound as good this seems to be because I can't get the same Muse portal effects installed. It is hugely better performance in audacity than my Microsoft surface i5 gen7 with no graphics card, which always played back with stutters as it couldnt cope with inline effects.The battery seems to be holding charge pretty well and charges quickly.Still seems like a really good buy to me, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. If I had a spare £400 I'd buy one for my missus.

Very Slow
A very slow laptop with many issues taking 8 minutes before it can do anything and I have to re download google chrome every time I turn the laptop back on as it disappears completely.I do really love the quality of the screen when I can eventually watch a film so I am hoping I can get a replacement or refund very soon.

excellent product the shipment was super fast 3 days, it works very well the battery lets me work about 3 hours in Lightroom, a single aesthetic detail very light and discreet almost inperseptible, apart from that everything works great
