Love it! This dispenser was exactly what I was looking for- great looking and fit my decor perfect. But the absolute best part is this company’s customer service!I was disappointed when after only 2 uses the glass dispenser broke. I contacted the seller who responded very timely. In less than 1 week a replacement was delivered! Thank you, thank you- you guys absolutely know how to treat your customers. Would definitely purchase from you again!

First, this drink dispenser is the best I’ve ever had, and probably the last one I’ll need to get. It’s sturdy glass, has a durable sealed spout, with a strong easy to move stand.Second, the company, Paddington Hill, has integrity. It arrived with a broken jar, so the company immediately sent me another one after I contacted them. Yes, it costs a few dollars more, but will last a lot longer.

I bought this to use for healthier drinks over pop or soda. I was surprised at how heavy the glass is and at the stainless steel ball valve spigot. I'm use to cheap plastic spigots.

The media could not be loaded. The first time I ordered the product it arrived with one of the mugs broken, so I returned the item because it was broken.The second time, to replace the broken one, it arrived again one month broken and upon evaluation I noticed the water dispenser itself had a hairline crack in the bottom. I hung on to this one and just reordered again hoping that enough parts would arrive that I could have one full set and send back anything that was broken as a full set.I really wanted this item to work because it looks amazing I love it, so I tried a third time to order it.The third one arrived, both bugs were okay, but the same hairline crack was in the bottom of the water dispenser. I would like for the fruit diffusers and the dispensers to be dishwasher friendly. The diffuser seemed like durable plastic to handle the dishwasher and it is not. Part of mine melted.I would also like the lids for the dispenser and the little mason jar drinking glasses to be more durable. They seem very flimsy, any slight bend and they wouldn't screw on well. This hasn't happened but they are flimsy so I'm hoping it doesn't. Overall the product is as described and I'm happy with the purchase. I'm sure I will get many compliments when I use at parties this spring and summer.

I love it. It's compact, it looks great, it's fairly easy to clean. I use it for kombucha, but I stopped using the spigot because the yeast string get stuck in the filter (great filter for other uses though!), but it's still perfect for what I need. The stand that comes with it keeps it off the counter top and I can store a little bit of stuff beneath it too.

It is the perfect size. I purchased this just for a special brunch party I held last weekend. The directions for the spigot were easy to understand. The metal and glass do not leak at all. I wasn’t smart enough to know, however, that the OJ in my punch recipe must NOT contain pulp. We had to ladle out the punch. Pulp immediately plugged up the spout. My bad. Next time, I’ll know.

One of the mason jars arrived broken. The whole box was returned and replaced within three days. We love all that Paddington Hill included in the order, the emailed recipes and accembly instructions. They were great to work with.
