Power Racks and Attachments

Super easy to install if you bought the accompanying power rack. Easily adjustable, and it's big enough where you have a lot of free space to bail on; it honestly saved me a few times. It's also super sturdy, I put 315 on it for RDLs and it held it pretty well. It does sometime get misaligned when you throw the weight on it. It doesn't scratch with since it has a protective layer on it.

Great rack, super sturdy, especially when bolted to ground. Can do pull ups with no shaking. Takes a few hours to assemble on your own probably about an hour with 2 people. Highly reccomend and should work out great!

Good product, been using it for about a week so far and have no major issues. I got these for the CAP FM-905Q rack. They fit well (and expect they should since it was made for it!). The only thing I don't like is that the length is a little short. I can't take a standard step or two away from the rack while doing my lifts without stepping beyond the limit of the arm. It requires doing the lift fairly close to the rack. However, that's probably due to the limited design of the FM-905Q rack. The rack is a simple rack, great quality for the price. The rack base is 50" in depth, and the beams are in the middle at 25". These safety arms are 16", so while they seem short, if they were any longer then it likely wouldn't be safe and tip the rack over. Still great product for the cost, just set expectation that you won't be taking your standard 2-step back off the rack if you use these.

They’re cheap and they work but the “Protective Rubber” is absolute trash. I ended up taking off the rubber and drilling out the rivets. I applied 1/4 by 2 inch rubber strips and used scotch extreme mounting tape. Made it so much better and now my barbell isn’t chewing up the rubber on the safeties. I would have paid $10 more for CAP to put something more durable on these. Also do not sit right on the rack, slight bend in the pin.

To start, I ordered this item a few months ago to start my home gym and had decent expectations, regardless of the price as they were made for my power rack specifically. Within the first week, the protective padding began to come loose and rip and after a couple months, I decided to see if I could get an exchange to see if it was simply just a faulty product. So I ordered a new pair and returned the ripped ones to Amazon. Upon receiving the new spotter arms, one of the arms had a bad welding job and simply did not fit on my rack whatsoever. I was very disappointed and have gone back to using an alternative pair of spotter arms that I received with the power rack. I suggest buying better quality spotter arms, as they should last longer then these did for me.

C'est le produit tel qu'indiqué. Attention toutefois à vérifier régulièrement que ça ne bouge pas trop lors de vos exercices car ça peut se déclipser. Mais si vous faites attention, c'est très bien.

These are perfect for my power rack. They are a little short on length but I don't have a lot of room in my small home gym, so are ideal.

Finalmente non correrò più il rischio di darmi il bilanciere in petto sopra i 100 kg e non dovrò più farmelo scivolare sul bacino per liberarmi e scaricare tutto per poterlo tirare di nuovo su e concludere l'ultima serie! Già utilizzati, tutto solido e perfetto a buon prezzo! 34 euro spesi bene! Adatto a rack di 5 cm ci diametro, ma al mio ho dovuto far allargare leggermente 2 buchi perché il perno di pochissimo era troppo largo e non entrava, sarebbe stato inutile fare il reso e prenderne un altro e rischiare magari che non andasse bene col diametro del tubo del mio rack, meglio far allargare i buchi di quel poco che basta per 34 euro di spesa che ti possono salvare la vita! Forse sarebbe stato meglio prenderli più corti per sfruttare le barre del rack come salvataggio. Ma va benissimo così per le mie esigenze
