Cleared my glue ear
Recommended by my GP and it works. Bloody expensive though but oh so much better without glue ear.

You might want to try these if you have glue ears
A bit pricey, but nigh worth trying. Note this package includes just extra gallons, not the nose piece. I used these to practice and learn how to equalise my ears as I recently re-started scuba diving. They definitely made it easier, though I still use them for exercises. You can also try different techniques from their website to improve equalisation

New balloon makes all the difference!
Had used otovent with success in the past. Following sons 6 week congestion, couldn't get ear blockage to cease. Tried otovent, decongestants, nasal sprays, ibuprofen, antibiotics, steam, Vic's, you name it. Then came across replacement balloons and realised ours was years old, and box said they last only 30 goes (we were way past this!). New balloons arrived and hey presto first blow and ears are unblocked!!!!! Now he can actually hear again, though need to repeat daily for a few days to completely drain .

Ear ache that isn't an infection
I've used these before but once you've got the part you stick up your nostril you don't want to have to buy the whole kit again. So being able to buy just a pack of balloons is great and though they are pricey, the relief of not being in terrible pain makes it worth while. You can use the balloons a number of times before they get too soft to be effective. You need to have to blow quite hard to blow up the balloon with your nostril before swallowing to make the whole process effective

Expensive
This product does help your hearing, I have found. However, it can be very painful, sometimes, as it makes your ears pop.My biggest problem is the cost. The balloons are really only affective for 2-3 uses, after that they stretch losing their effectiveness. You only get FIVE replacements for £8.99!!
