I bought the silver mica and gold mica inks. Great for embellishment of abstract watercolor.

If you want to add real sparkle to your artwork or calligraphy, this is the product to get! Puts every other “metallic” pen, pencil, crayon, or watercolor I’ve used (and I’ve used a lot of them) to shame. Smooth application with dip pen or brush. Dries quickly. Gorgeous shine. And a little goes a long way! Highly recommended!

This Silver Mica is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a bright silver ink that would work on my navy colored envelopes and that is exactly what I got. I had tried a few other silvers prior to this and they unfortunately fell short of what I needed them to be. This particular ink shows up wonderfully on dark paper and I couldn't be more happy with it.One tip for future users: When the ink bottle recommends you shake it to keep the mica mixed up until you hear the marble move inside, don't shake it up and down as that will create bubbles in your ink and it will not write smoothly. Swirl the bottle so that way it shakes up the ink and keeps the silver mixed throughout the fluid without creating a foam in your ink.

Shake the fudge out of this before use. It has a serious seperating issue for first use.
