Easy to drop pump in
Easy to install, placed a d5 pump in and have not had any issues.Shipping side note use usps, first purchase was through amazon shipping and was damaged second through usps shipping and item was packaged in an actual box and not damaged.

Expensive and poorly designed
I needed a pump/res combo. I halve a nice D5 so I needed a res I can attach too. This seems to fit the bill. I hate that the water barbs and pump location is wrong. I want my barbs to exit the top, but that puts the pump at the top of the res. As my fluid decreases it will suck air. There was no manual in the box to explain the numerous ports (in or out) and had to Google it. The default location is the barbs are pointing down. What idiot designs a res to come out the bottom???For $166 I've expected this to be amazing. This is not even worth half that price for plastic!
