Helped My Sore Heal
I've had problems with the heel on my left foot. It's been very sore. I bought these heel cups and put them in my tennis shoes. I play singles and doubles and these do help with cushioning my heels. They do not inhibit my mobility. Using heel cups is new to me, so I haven't tried other brands to make a comparison.

They might work for some, just not for me.
These were recommended to me by my podiatrist. They felt comfy for the first couple of minutes, but then they made my heel pain significantly worse. I tried using them gradually as directed, but I had no luck. These might work for some people, but they did not work for me.
