As an active person and amateur athlete, I really wish I had come across this product sooner.I have always loved playing jogging, soccer, and basketball. As I have aged, I have experienced everything from slight muscle tweaks to painful muscle pulls. In the past, I just rested, iced, compressed, and elevated. But with this tool, I can also pinpoint the tweak or knot and really massage it, move blood around, and heal it better and faster.I really recommend this for anyone that is active that wants to constantly maintain their body to avoid muscle pulls. And if they do happen, to help heal them in a healthier and more efficient manner.

Amazingly effective, gentle, yet deep roller to release tense tissues and open up tone in the tissues. More expensive, but far more effective for my body than alternatives I've tried including the WODfitters roller and standard foam rollers. They look like they will last for many years of use.

AMAZING! These smaller devices get into spots that a foam roller can not. AMAZING for feet, calves, Achilles tendon, intense quad rolling, back, shoulder, even my jaw for TMJ. Best money I've ever spent on these types of devices. I hike weekends and train/run 5Ks so I use all of these things almost daily. They have made a huge difference in my ability to workout daily, I'm less stiff and in less pain. If you're just thinking about buying this set, just do it. My personal trainer exposed me to this set, she and I use it in her studio if I'm still stiff but I use it daily at home. LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

Just starting to use these rollers on my feet and leg muscles and seems to work very good. Well made product, impressed with the quality, plus online links show additional uses. I purchased this set in additional to the 2.6" and 5' Trigger Point Foam Massage Ball for Deep Tissue Massages by same company. I recommend this product over others I have seen or read about. I took the small two balls to work and use them there.

This is quality built product not constructed cheaply like the less expensive products here on Amazon. The foam used has a little more give to it ...have older footballer which used plastic and rubber and they should have kept that construction since it had better control of pressure to area..I am a professional body worker and too much pressure which hard foam can give can injure an area instead of help it.

I wish the block is solid form. So i can use it like a normal yoga block.

It doesn't have dvd.I think that this procuct is too expensive for me.

Working great; getting a lot of use and holding up well. the collection comes with a login to their website where there are videos describing all the different triggerpoints and rolling techniques. A great investment!
