Chose this because I was familiar with the brand. We use iodine drops in our bulletproof coffee and I really wanted an easy way to make sure my husband took selenium too. This works well. No stomach issues. No complaints or regrets at all.

I got selenosis so be careful
Turns out you can get too much selenium and it causes something called selenosis which my doctor thank goodness had done a blood test on to make sure my selenium levels were OK. That can make your hair fall out and all kinds of things so be very very careful. do not ever have more than 200 mg a day
