I have used multiple security camera in the pass and none are able to compare to this security camera, especially the night vison and the installation was a breeze it's basically plug and play.My only hardest part is run the Cat 6 cable on the 22 foot ceiling in a 60 thousand square foot warehouse with 16 camera in all direction. but in term of setting up the camera I encounter zero problem, If you can used a computer, read and understand basic instruction you definitely can set up this security camera.Also tech support is really good, I email requesting a walk through on the remote app viewer and got a text by day break but by then I'm already figure it out therefore I don't need it tech support.Bottom line is, Onwote brand is a good and solid Quality security camera for the price I pay.

Let me first start off by saying the installation of this system is straightforward, besides mounting the domes to anything, and works like a charm with the superlive plus app. I would recommend anyone who buys this equipment to do the support through amazon.com and onwote will reach out to you. The installation is easy, the day time images are perfect however you will not be able to see anything at nights. The infrared lights will come on at night but will be reflecting on the cover of the cameras blocking the lens from viewing any images. Using a different brand of camera such GW works very well

I normally do not write reviews but I think this system and company may be an exception. Overall the system is easy to install just using a network cable for power and video. Because of my technical background, I purchased better and longer network cables (CAT 6 / shielded). Yes, it cost me extra to do that. My justification was simple, the CAT 6 cable provide better image quality at longer distances. The shielded certification means that I can run my cable anywhere I want in the walls and attic without any video interference from electrical lines in the house. The electrical noise generated by power lines and other electrical devises can disrupt or corrupt a high quality image. Once operational, you can access the security system from anywhere over the internet without additional software, just the IE browser. Several months after my installation, I discovered that one of my cameras had a crack in the security dome protecting the cameras. Apparently something hit the glass and cause a stress crack. The video was not degraded and the camera was not damage. The security dome did the job of protecting the camera. I email ONWOTE tech support and provided them with an image of the damage and told them I did not know how the glass dome was damage. Without hesitation, they quickly agreed to ship me a replacement camera including the security dome. In addition, they told me to keep the old camera just as a spare since it was working. Excellent hardware and great customer support. Will definitely buy ONWOTE equipment again.

There cameras are excellent. We got 8 50’ cat5 cables and 8 100’ cables. Cameras have great picture. This is equal to a much more expensive system

Cameras work great. Very easy to install. Only have to run one cord for power and video is great. I own a gas station, so only having to thread one cord through ceiling tiles is very nice. Cameras seem very sturdy and well protected in their case/cover. Picture is good, and everything is fairly simple so far. My only complaint is the instruction manual, it’s very very basic, and doesn’t really explain how to do a lot of the stuff I was expecting (like how to remotely view the cameras live feed from my home) so that is aggravating. I guess I will have to call tech support to get that part figured out. Aside from the manual, I have no complaints. They have met if not exceeded all expectations so far.

the cameras are super clear, they all came online with no issue. The app works great. I custom made some long cable runs (+150 ft) and the POE worked great.

Very easy to install amd has a great user interface.
