Absolutely better than a sling, helped me a ton.
I had a broken Olecranon elbow injury and decided not to have surgery because I hate surgeries. Instead I got this and eventually help me get nearly full range back.

Its just... ok.
The range of motion settings would become "unlocked" on both extend and flex. I would be lying if I said that it didn't hurt a bit when my arm extended past the set degree.

Great product, ease of use!
If you are unfortunate enough to need one of these, this brace by Orthomen works and feels better than the $600 medical ortho brace they gave me after surgery.
