Rapiddominance Marines Back to the Basics Cap

To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Very well made... NOT a cheap hat. No crooked seems or exposed thread ends. 100% cotton. Nice, plain flat black. If you misplaced this thing in the woods at night, you might have a hard time finding it.... even with a flashlight. The embroidered logo is very well made. It's so well mounted that I thought it might have been embroidered right into the hat but it's not. It's a patch... I think. The "structure" panels are just right. Heat welded to the main fabric just like the logo. Fairly stiff but not hard. It's just a really well made hat... I could go on and on. There is no extra "stuff" sewn or printed on the hat. Just the logo, which is exactly what I wanted. "Officially Licensed" is nice to see. Tag says made in Korea... so NOT China... which is also nice to see. So many cheaply made hat's out there that cost at least half again or twice as much.... OR MORE. Very happy to consider this company as one to trust... and my list is short... I'm sure I'll order more from them soon. EDIT: the price of the ten dollar hat went up then came back down..... so I just ordered another one..... and a tan one too, for like fourteen bucks..... so... uhmm... twenty five bucks for TWO more HQ hats.... My original review still stands. I sweat a lot.... four seasons. "All cotton" hats will form a sweat ring... just the facts. I have not "washed" it yet..... but five minutes with my kitchen sink sprayer and a place to let it dry..... all I need to get rid of my own sweat stains. This hat has served me well for over six months now with no maintenence whatsoever. it is wednesday.... my two new hats will be here by friday or so.... ... next edit of this "review" might include pics.... who knows. The hats with the embroidered logo..... they are a bargain..... The logo is pre made and well mounted.... the structured parts are well made. I just ordered my second "black, ten fifty dollar hat" and I also ordered the tan one that should be nearly identical.... for like thirteen or forteen bucks.... Semper Fidelis

Love this hat! I want another one please

The hat is well made, and the logo is as well. I like the overall look and the new style camouflage is effective and fun. The inner band material is first class, there are several air holes around the top, and the hat can be adjusted for nearly any size. The logo has a kind of block look, square-ish rather than perfectly round. I like the look but it isn’t the normal artwork for a Marine logo. The brim is stiff, but I bend it into a semicircle shape. I was able to make the bend with no problems, and it stayed, like all good brims do. Good hat, highly recommended. AD2

Nice hat. I wear it almost every day. I brush it with a scuzzbrush in the morning to knock the lint off. Had it for about a year now, I guess. My head is kinda big and it's comfortable.

I wore this all summer and it held up to rain and sun. More importantly, it held up to sweat. (picture) One of the things that forces me to purchase a new ball cap is sweat stains when the caps become discolored around the head band. I'm a former Marine and I'm covering 3-5 miles daily in the sun and I sweat a lot. It also holds it shape. I love this cap. UPDATE: Did a cap reorder and somehow the quality changed. Looks like a cheap knock-off. Either they forgot to update the picture or they sent the wrong cap. I was given an option for exchange but none were camo and were too flashy. Thanks Amazon for the refund. And they let me keep the cap...OOH RAH!!

Fit, Finish, and comfort are top notch on these hats. I love the white for golfing, it's a little cooler and rapid dominance has great quality and breathability all around on their gear. I love these, and even bought an extra one for my golfing companion.

My daughter was a marine and I enjoy collecting marine merchandise as it makes me feel closer to her
